Processing & same-day dispatch

Orders placed before 1 PM PST on a business day are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Rates & methods

• Free standard shipping on all domestic orders.
• 2nd Day Air available to the Eastern US for time-sensitive research.
• Every order includes tracking, sent to your email once the label is created.

Packaging

Vials ship in a foam-cut protective case inside a discreet, padded mailer. Temperature- sensitive items are packed with cold packs where appropriate. Our packaging is designed to protect glass in transit and to keep your collection organized afterward.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive as tracked, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. Please keep the packaging and batch label handy so we can reference the shipment.
